We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing for patients who prefer to pay directly or who have out-of-network insurance benefits. All studies are performed by a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) and interpreted and signed by a board-certified physician.

Self-pay pricing is available for patients who choose to pay directly rather than bill insurance.
Patients with out-of-network benefits may request a detailed receipt (superbill) for submission to their insurance carrier.
Most diagnostic examinations require a provider referral.
Payment is due at the time of service.
All examinations are performed by a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) and independently interpreted and signed by Mark Kim, MD, RPVI.
